Winter Garden

One of my favorite things to do is use different apps and alter my photos.  These are some of my altered photos taken with my iPhone of statues in my Mom's garden after a snowfall.

Ode To Winter

Today for my first post and the remainder of February I want to celebrate the beauty of winter by sharing some of my photos.   I find the garden is a serene but lonely place during the winter months especially under snow cover.   This feeling of isolation is something I have come to love, time alone with only my thoughts and the cold wind.  The flora is stripped down to only wither of stem and seed against the white crystal backdrop.
